Ballet is the most fundamental form of all dance styles. Our ballet program is designed to enhance technique by working at the barre, in the center, and down the floor. Ballet terminology is taught throughout all levels, as well as proper body placement and technique. Dancers will develop poise, coordination, discipline, and grace, while improving their progress in all other dance styles. Ballet helps build endurance, strength and flexibility. It is strongly recommended that all dancers incorporate ballet into their dance training especially more serious dancers.
